Through these experiences, I've had the opportunity to create memorable products that are not only enjoyable to use but are written in code that's maintainable and easy to understand.

I am a strong communicator, good team player and versatile developer. I've worked alongside senior developers who have raised my standards for what's expected of any application.

With a Bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master of Information Technology from Monash University, I have a strong background in technology and science, and understand it to a great depth. I have 2.5 years’ total experience in different organizations and I’m ready to take on a new challenge.

Work Experience

Momentum Systems

Position held: Software Engineer (Feb 20 - Jun 20)

Researched, designed and built new features from scratch for the existing QMS systems leveraging knowledge of Java, Java Mail, JavaScript, Webservices, Git, SQL server, Orbeon forms, Tomcat and TinyMce editor.
Worked as an implementation consultant for clients with tasks including gathering requirements and building solutions iteratively and presenting the build to clients.
Implemented custom Quality Management Systems for 2 clients using the existing system in place.

Achievements at workplace

Ensured uninterrupted flow of requirements by building a new feature in the existing system to ensure standard data requirement for all clients of the company which increased productivity twice fold.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Position held: System Software Engineer (Aug 15 - Oct 18)

Accomplished being the only primary owner of EWT products which are open source products ported into OpenVMS OS. Products include Apache, Tomcat, SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, Axis2 and Perl
Successfully fixed all 8 customer cases and replied to all note queries within SLA and without any escalation using automated testing in QTV
Led group of 3 to port Apache 2.4 into OpenVMS
Liaised with external team to build rack controller management of server in Perl aligning work schedules effectively demonstrating strong skills in project management

Achievements at workplace

Showed excellence at work and was awarded employee of the month 4 times during my tenure
Received special recognition from manager at HPE for fixing my first customer case independently within first 3 months of joining the team
Received special recognition by mentor at HPE for building, testing and releasing the latest version of SSL independently and diligently within the first 2 months of joining the team

Healthy Maternity Android Application

Built an app for pregnant women. Tasks ranged from interviewing target group to finalise user stories, build design prototype, Process open data and persist it in AWS RDD. App has features like food diary, weight gain graph, finding nearby hospitals and sharing weight progress report as PDF over other application on phone.

Hotel booking Management

An enterprise application to be used by hotel customers and admins to manage booking and transaction.It was built using MVC design pattern having database using JPA, exposed it using REST API to be used in a website built using HTML, CSS and Managed Bean, EJB, JSF and JAAS API at backend.

Process unread emails automatically

A project developed using Java Mail API that automatically reads and gets information about unread messages and downloads email attachments and process it individually. User needs to enter host name, port number, username and password and based on the pre defined logic, every unread mails will be processed.

Budget Application

Developed a Java Script application which manages budget by keeping tack of income and expense.Built using module pattern and event listeners, constructors, handling input data, Inheritance, Prototype, IIFE, Closures, event delegation with improved User Experience.

FIFA WC Simulation

Simulation of Fifa WC imitating same rules to be played between user and computer was written and tested by a highly cohesive and loosely coupled Java program leveraging concepts of Core Java like methods, constructor, inheritance, interface, loops, Collection etc.
